Why would Russian servicemen be any less moronic about opsec? Chinese players have also leaked Chinese military documents there. Committing treason is nothing when compared to letting some forum autist just get away with being wrong.

Probably the most useful thing we learnt from all Warthunder leaks is that Chinese tanks are capable of penetrating modern armour, which is no surprise to normal people

WW2 zerg rush is kind of a meme. Soviet manpower pool allowed them to replenish their losses, but they weren't mounting human wave offensives until the end of the war when they started outnumbering Germans because Germans could not afford to replenish losses they took. In the decisive battles Germans simply got out-strategized. Germans lost battle of Moscow against a numerically inferior Soviet army, and in Stalingrad Germans outnumbered Russians until the Russian counter-attack begun four months into the battle.
